Product Development — frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get to a working product?
A focused MVP typically reaches a production-ready state in 14 to 28 days. Larger platforms run in two-week increments after that, each one ending in something you can put in front of real users rather than a status report.
Do you work with an existing in-house team?
Often. We can own a workstream end to end, or embed alongside your engineers to add capacity in a specific area — design, front end, backend, or infrastructure. Code review and handover conventions are agreed before the first commit.
Who owns the code and the infrastructure?
You do, from day one. Repositories, cloud accounts, and third-party services are created under your organisation, and we work inside them. There is no proprietary layer you would have to buy out later to leave.
What happens after launch?
Every build ends with a warranty window covering defects, followed by an optional support arrangement for maintenance, enhancements, and performance work. Plenty of clients take the handover and run it themselves — the documentation assumes that.
