How our pricing works
Every package is a fixed price for a defined scope, agreed in writing before anything starts. You are not billed by the hour and you are not billed for our learning curve — if we underestimate the work, that is our problem, not a change order. Where a project is genuinely open-ended, we say so and propose a paid discovery phase first rather than quoting a number we would have to revise later.
What is included in every engagement
Design and build. Interface design, front end, backend, and the infrastructure it runs on — one team, not a handoff between three.
Your accounts, your code. Repositories and cloud accounts are created under your organisation from day one. Nothing has to be bought out or migrated if you leave.
A warranty window. Defects found after launch are fixed at no cost for the agreed period. Enhancements are quoted separately so the line stays honest.
Handover that works. Documentation, a runbook, and a working session with whoever takes it on — written for an engineer who was not in the room.
What moves the price
Three things, mostly: how many distinct user journeys the product has to support, how many systems it has to integrate with, and how much of the content and design already exists. Compliance requirements and unusually short deadlines move it too. Nothing else is hidden in the estimate — if you want to know which of these is driving your number, ask on the first call and we will show you the breakdown.
