Come build the thing with us.
We're a small, senior team that ships fast and hands over clean work. Tell us what you've built and how you like to work — we read every application.

How we hire
Four steps, and we aim to finish them inside two weeks. A read of your application and your work. A 30-minute call about what you have built and what you want to be building. A paid exercise close to real work — a few hours, scheduled around your week, never a weekend-long take-home. Then a conversation with the people you would actually work with. You get a decision either way, with reasons.
How we work
We are a small, senior team, which sets most of the culture on its own. There is no layer between you and the decision — if you are building it, you have a say in what it is. Work is remote-first with real overlap hours rather than a demand to be online at 2am. Scope is negotiated, not handed down, and a deadline that turns out to be wrong gets changed rather than absorbed by whoever is nearest. We ship in short cycles and hand over clean work, which means code review, written decisions, and documentation are part of the job rather than something that happens if there is time left.
What we look for
Evidence that you have finished things and lived with them afterwards. We would rather see one product you carried through launch, maintenance, and its first ugly production incident than six repositories abandoned at the interesting part. Beyond that: the judgement to know which corners are safe to cut, the habit of writing things down for whoever comes next, and enough directness to disagree with a plan before it ships rather than after.
Nothing open that fits? Apply anyway with the general application — we keep strong applications on file and come back to them when a role opens. Curious what the work looks like first? See what we have shipped.
